any MS gurus out there know how to turn my “before” table into my “after” table using any combination of excel/access formulas, lookups, VBscript, etc?  need to do this on a very large scale and i can’t quite figure out a working way to automatically do it without manual manipulation. driving me b-a-n-a-n-a-s.
